Gadduang). — This is a petition for review on certiorari1 under Rule 45 of the Revised Rules of Civil Procedure seeking to annul and set aside the Decision 2 dated August 10, 2017 and Resolution 3 dated February 28, 2018 issued by the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 145538.
After a perusal of the records of this case, the Court FINDS no reversible error in the herein assailed decision and resolution to warrant the exercise of the Court's appellate jurisdiction.
WHEREFORE, the Decision dated August 10, 2017 and Resolution dated February 28, 2018 issued by the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 145538, finding petitioner Irineo B. Taguibao guilty of Gross Neglect of Duty and petitioner Delfin T. Ting guilty of Simple Neglect of Duty, are AFFIRMED. AHDacC
