Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated 05 March 2012, which reads as follows:
G.R. No. 199125(Atty. Udtog M. Tago, Moctar Ampaso, et al. v. Amerodin Sarangani, Jalaloden Sarangani, et al.).
RESOLUTION
After a review of the records, the Court resolves to DENY the petition for failure to show that the Court of Appeals committed reversible error in dismissing the case for being rendered moot and academic by expiration of the term of office of the respondents as members of the Board of Trustees of Ibn Siena Integrated School Foundation, Inc.
Moreover, the petition was filed beyond the reglementary period to file the same and for failure to comply with Sections 2, 6 and 12, Rule II of the 2004 Rules on Notarial Practice, as amended by A.M. 02-8-13-SC, by merely indicating therein affiants' CTC on the verification and certification against forum shopping and lacks current identification document issued by an official agency bearing the photograph and signature of the affiants.
