Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 07 January 2019 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12122 (Mario C. Sy v. Atty. Apollo S. Sangalang)1
The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the attached Notice of Resolution 2 dated January 26, 2017. Accordingly, the Court finds respondent Atty. Apollo S. Sangalang GUILTY of violations of Canons 1 and 12 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, and is thus, meted with the penalty of CENSURE, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar act will be dealt with more severely.
