NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 10 February 2021which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 252981 (Stoneworks Specialist International Corporation and Marilyn Ong v. Ronald E. Sa-Onoy, Jimly Martinez, Antonio Tarinay, Edison Gatcha, Reynaldo G. Radam, Mary Jane C. Bintulan, Rufino Vistel, Renant S. Calisaan, Noel C. Marfa, Evilo Santianez, Michael Tarinay, Azur D. Balderama, Leonides Rivera and Antonio Mayote) — The petition failed to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed reversible error in rendering the assailed dispositions to warrant the exercise of this Court's discretionary appellate jurisdiction. The Court nonetheless deems it proper to impose six percent (6%) interest per annum on the monetary awards from finality of this Resolution until fully paid. 1
WHEREFORE, the petition is DENIED. The Resolutions dated January 2, 2020 and July 23, 2020 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 163380 are AFFIRMED with MODIFICATION: HTcADC
Petitioner Stoneworks Specialist International Corporation is ORDERED to PAY respondents Ronald E. Sa-Onoy, Jimly Martinez, Antonio Tarinay, Edison Gatcha, Reynaldo G. Radam, Mary Jane C. Bintulan, Rufino Vistel, Renant S. Calisaan, Noel C. Marfa, Evilo Santianez, Michael Tarinay, Azur D. Balderama, Leonides Rivera and Antonio Mayote their 13th month pay for 2017 and service incentive leave pay from 2016-2018, subject to the twelve (12)-month service requirement. These monetary awards shall earn six percent (6%) interest per annum from finality this Resolution until fully paid. CAIHTE
