Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated March 11, 2019 which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 242851 Spouses Jaime Quelnan and Imelda Quelnan, and Jansen Quelnan v. Spouses Alfredo Quelnan and Erlinda Quelnan as represented by their Attorney-in-Fact, Maricel Quelnan
Petitioners' first Motion for Extension of Time of 30 days from the expiration of the reglementary period within which to file their petition is GRANTED. Considering, however, that petitioners are already herein granted the maximum 30-day period of extension provided under Section 2, Rule 45 of the Rules of Court, their Second Motion for Extension of 10 days within which to file their petition is DENIED. Consequently, the Petition for Review on Certiorari filed on December 13, 2018, or beyond the period herein extended, is DENIED for late filing and also for: (1) lack of verified statement as to the date of filing of the motion for reconsideration; and (2) lack of affidavit of service of copies of the petition to the Court of Appeals and the adverse party.
Petitioners or their authorized representative are INFORMED that they may personally claim from the Cash Collection and Disbursement Division of this Court their excess payment for legal fees in the amount of P470.00 under Official Receipt No. 022-8067-SC-EP dated November 19, 2018.
