Considering the allegations, issues, and arguments adduced in the instant Petition for Review on Certiorari, the Court resolves to DENY the same for failure to show that the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 146086 committed any reversible error. The appellate court, finding no grave abuse of discretion on the part of Branch 90 of the Regional Trial Court of Quezon City, has exhaustively and judiciously discussed the reasons for its affirmance of the issuances of the latter's questioned Orders. We concur in toto with its ratiocinations.
ACCORDINGLY, the Court hereby resolves to AFFIRM the assailed January 23, 2018 Decision and June 13, 2018 Resolution of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 146086.
Pursuant to Section 4, Rule 45 of the Rules of Court, Judge Reynaldo B. Daway of the Regional Trial Court of Quezon City, Branch 90, is hereby deleted as party respondent in this case.
