Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedJuly 10, 2019which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 245460 (Spouses Valeriano Imperial, Jr. (deceased), and Lilia Nomo, et al. v. Heirs of Rufino Imperial, Heirs of Nicasia Imperial, et al.). — The motion for extension of time to file petition for review with notice of appearance filed by petitioners is GRANTED.
After review, the Court resolves to DENY the petition for failure to show that the Court of Appeals (CA) committed reversible error in upholding the ruling of the Regional Trial Court. Factual findings of the trial court, when affirmed by the CA, are accorded with great respect, if not finality, by this Court.
WHEREFORE, the petition is DENIED. The Decision dated November 23, 2018 and Resolution dated February 12, 2019 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CV No. 04772-MIN are AFFIRMED. HTcADC
The entry of appearance of Attys. Peter Y. Co and January Faith B. Santiago, with address at 027 P. Burgos St., Barra, Dipolog City, as counsels for petitioners, is NOTED.
