Esguerra, respondent). — The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the attached Report and Recommendation 1 dated August 30, 2018 and Resolutions dated June 18, 2019 2 and October 10, 2020. 3 The complaint 4 against Atty. Pablo M. Esguerra is DISMISSED.
