Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedJune 19, 2019which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 243922 (Spouses Bernardino R. Bernardo and Evella P. Bernardo v. Spouses Freddie Arevalo and Amelia F. Arevalo and all persons claiming rights under them). — The motion for extension of time to file petition for review on certiorari filed by petitioners, Spouses Bernardino R. Bernardo and Evella P. Bernardo, is GRANTED.
After review, the Court resolves to DENY the petition for failure to show that the Court of Appeals (CA) committed reversible error in upholding the ruling of the Regional Trial Court in Civil Case No. 4332-13. The CA correctly held that petitioners' complaint does not sufficiently state the jurisdictional facts necessary for an action of unlawful detainer. HTcADC
WHEREFORE, the petition is DENIED. The Decision dated April 13, 2018 and Resolution dated December 17, 2018 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 134007 are AFFIRMED.
