Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated28 March 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13228 (Francis C. Solco v. Atty. Jensen A. Sanhi). — The Court NOTES the Resolution dated January 9, 2021 in UE No. 18-257 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors, which adopted and approved the report and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner dated August 15, 2019 to dismiss the complaint against Atty. Jensen A. Sanhi. HTcADC
Finding the recommendation of the IBP Investigating Commissioner and the IBP Board of Governors to be fully supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws and jurisprudence, the Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the recommendation to dismiss the case against Atty. Jensen A. Sanhi for lack of merit.
