Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution datedJune 21, 2017, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 231145 (Social Security System vs. Honorable Gina M. Bibat-Palamos, in her capacity as Acting Presiding Judge of Branch 108, Regional Trial Court [RTC] of Pasay City, and the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines). — The Court NOTES and ACCEPTS petitioner's Manifestation dated May 18, 2017, that the compact disc it previously filed containing the soft copy of its petition for certiorari, inadvertently, does not reflect the proof of service of a copy of the petition upon respondents and submitting another compact disc containing the adverse party's proof of service of the petition.
After deliberating on the petition for certiorari assailing the Orders dated March 2, 2017 and April 24, 2017 of the RTC, Branch 108, Pasay City, in Civil Case No. R-PSY-20219-CV, the Court, without necessarily giving due course thereto, resolves to require respondents to COMMENT thereon (not to file a motion to dismiss) within a NON-EXTENDIBLE period of ten (10) days from notice.
The Court further resolves to GRANT petitioner's prayer for the issuance of status quo ante order and/or writ of preliminary mandatory injunction and to ISSUE a STATUS QUO ANTE ORDER effective immediately as of this date and continuing until further orders from this Court."

WHEREAS, the Supreme Court on June 21, 2017 adopted a resolution in the above-entitled case, to wit:

NOW THEREFORE, You, your agents, representatives and/or any person or persons acting upon your orders or in your place or stead, are hereby ENJOINED from implementing the Orders dated March 2, 2017 and April 24, 2017 of the RTC, Branch 108, Pasay City, in Civil Case No. R-PSY-20219-CV entitled National Grid Corp. of the Philippines vs. Social Security System, granting the motion for issuance of the Writ of Possession, and directed to MAINTAIN the STATUS QUO prevailing before the Order dated March 2, 2017 issued by the said RTC, effective immediately as of this date and continuing until further orders from this Court.
