Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated March 25, 2019 which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. P-19-3936 [formerly OCA IPI No. 14-4296-P] (Sky Limit O.R.J. Lending, Inc. represented by Reuven Baranovitch vs. Sheriff III Hector B. Montecillo, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 3, Cagayan de Oro City)
After careful review of the records of this case, We resolve to adopt the report and recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator finding, Hector B. Montecillo guilty of simple neglect of duty.
WHEREFORE, respondent Hector B. Montecillo, Sheriff III, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 3, Cagayan de Oro City is found GUILTY of simple neglect of duty. He is FINED in the amount of P10,000.00 and STERNLY WARNED that a repetition of the same offense shall be dealt with more severely by the Court.
