Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution datedJanuary 27, 2020, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 10520 (Sigismundo F. Sison v. Atty. Luis H. Seno) — The Court NOTES the letter dated August 28, 2019 of Atty. Randall C. Tabayoyong, Director for Bar Discipline of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Commission on Bar Discipline, transmitting the documents pertaining to this case. HTcADC
The November 7, 2018 Resolution 1 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors (Board) in CBD Case No. 18-5565 is NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached October 12, 2018 Report and Recommendation, 2 as approved and adopted by the Board, are supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS the attached Report and Recommendation of the IBP Commission on Bar Discipline and resolves to REPRIMAND respondent with a STERN WARNING that the repetition of the same or similar offense shall be dealt with more severely.
