Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 08 July 2020 which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 252042 (Noviemae B. Sibbaluca-Singson v. The Hon. Overall Deputy Ombudsman, Melchor Arthur H. Carandang, et al.). — After a careful review of the records of the case, the Court finds the Petition for Review on Certiorari to be lacking in merit for failure of petitioner Noviemae B. Sibbaluca-Singson to sufficiently show any reversible error on the part of the Court of Appeals in affirming the ruling of the Office of the Ombudsman.
WHEREFORE, the Court resolves to DENY the instant petition. The 26 July 2019 Decision and the 30 January 2020 Resolution of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 154058 are hereby AFFIRMEDin toto.
