Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution datedJune 15, 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13331 (Anita Shearer v. Atty. Dennis Aldrich C. Del Rosario). — This Court NOTES the Notice of Resolution No. CBD-XXV-2021-09-17 dated September 11, 2021 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors which dismissed the instant complaint for lack of jurisdiction consistent with this Court's decision in the case, "Sps. Edwin B. Buffe and Karen M. Silverio-Buffo v. Sec. Raul M. Gonzalez, et al.," noted the Report and Recommendation dated April 16, 2019 of the Investigating Commissioner in the instant case, and dismissed the complaint against respondent; transmitted by letter dated January 31, 2022 of Director Avelino V. Sales, Jr., IBP Commission on Bar Discipline, together with records and flash drive file of the case.
This Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation dated April 16, 2019, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Dennis Aldrich C. Del Rosario is DISMISSED.
