Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated May 5, 2021which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 11986 [Formerly CBD Case No. 13-3795] (Ma. Lolita Santos and Estrelita Camontoy v. Atty. Joventino V. Diamante).
The June 6, 2015 1 and April 19, 2017 2 Notices of Resolution of the Board of Governors (Board) of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines are NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached May 13, 2015 Report and Recommendation, 3 as approved and adopted by the Board, are supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and APPROVES these findings and recommendation, and resolves to DISMISS the complaint against Atty. Joventino V. Diamante.
