Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated June 14, 2021 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13004 [Formerly CBD Case No. 17-5265] — (MILLER SANTIAGO, complainant v. ATTY. GRENALYN V. VIRTUCIO, respondent). — The Notice of Resolution 1 dated December 14, 2019 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation 2 dated June 17, 2019, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against respondent ATTY. GRENALYN V. VIRTUCIO is DISMISSED.
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
