Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 01 April 2019 which reads as follows:

The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE with MODIFICATION the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Office of Administrative Services, Supreme Court in its Memorandum 1 dated February 13, 2019. Accordingly, respondent Rolando U. Del Rosario (Del Rosario), Typesetter III, Production Planning Section, Printing Services is ADMONISHED for his failure to immediately report and account for the money he received for and in behalf of the Printing Services Office. Further, both Del Rosario and petitioner Ponciano M. Santiago, Jr., Acting SC Senior Chief Staff Officer, Printing Services are REMINDED to strictly observe the prohibition against accepting gifts or tokens of gratitude/appreciation in the course of the performance of duties as prescribed under Republic Act No. 6713, 2 otherwise known as the "Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees."
