Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution datedJanuary 13, 2020, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12632 [formerly CBD Case No. 10-2683] (Marie Daphne T. Salimbangon, Charlene Joy B. Fuentes, Lezel R. Alcordo, and Atty. Joje Z. Decal v. Atty. Jose Carlo A. Martinez, Atty. Clavel Asas-Martinez, and Atty. Ahmad Clay C. Escolar). — After careful review of the records of the case, We resolve to adopt the findings of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors and dismiss the administrative case filed by complainants for their failure to show that respondents are unfit to practice law and be entrusted with the duties and responsibilities pertaining to the office of an attorney. WHEREFORE, the Court hereby AFFIRMS the Resolution dated November 7, 2018 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors in CBD Case No. 10-2683 and DISMISSES the instant administrative case against Atty. Jose Carlo A. Martinez, Atty. Clavel Asas-Martinez, and Atty. Ahmad Clay C. Escolar.
