"G.R. No. 234118 (Leonardo T. Saldana v. Jeanette Lantaca Saldana). — The motion for extension of time to file a petition for review on certiorari filed by petitioner Leonardo T. Saldana is GRANTED.
Nonetheless, the Court resolves to DENY the petition and AFFIRM the March 23, 2017 Decision and July 27, 2017 Resolution of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CEB-CV No. 05863 for failure to show that the CA committed reversible error in granting the petition. The CA correctly ruled that Leonardo failed to prove the gravity, incurability, and juridical antecedence of his wife's alleged psychological incapacity, as required by law and jurisprudence.
