Rañeses). — The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the attached Notice of Resolution 1 dated September 11, 2021. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the complaint 2 against Atty. Lezelda M. Rañeses for LACK OF MERIT.
