Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated March 4, 2019 which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. MTJ-19-1920 [Formerly OCA IPI No. 10-2325-MTJ] (Priscilla Salazar vs. Judge Jennifer Santos Loveria)
After a careful review of the records of this case, We resolve to affirm the findings of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors and dismiss the administrative case filed by complainant for her failure to show that respondent Judge Jennifer Santos-Loveria is unfit to practice law and be entrusted with the duties and responsibilities pertaining to the office of an attorney.
WHEREFORE, the Court ADOPTS the October 11, 2014 Resolution of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors in CBD Case No. 14-4049 and resolves to DISMISS the instant administrative case filed against Judge Jennifer Santos Loveria-Salazar as a member of the Bar.
