After reviewing the instant Petition and its annexes, inclusive of the Court of Appeals (CA) Decision 2 dated April 20, 2017 and Resolution 3 dated December 6, 2017 in CA-G.R. CV No. 104045, the Court resolves to DENY the instant Petition for failure of the petitioners to sufficiently show that the CA committed any reversible error that warrants the exercise of the Court's discretionary appellate jurisdiction. aScITE
After a careful review of the records of the instant case, the Court finds that the petitioners failed to present any cogent and meritorious argument supporting their claim that the herein respondents did not have the right to demolish the two residential houses erected on the subject property.
