Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedJune 11, 2018which reads as follows: HTcADC
"A.C. No. 12043 (Cherry Reyes-Abastillas v. Atty. Eliseo Magno C. Salva). — The Notice of Resolution Nos. XX-2013-638 and XXII-2017-873 dated May 11, 2013 and March 1, 2017, respectively, of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) are NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the IBP Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation, as approved by the IBP Board of Governors, are supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS these findings and recommendation to dismiss the complaint for failure to sufficiently establish the fact that respondent committed grossly immoral conduct as to warrant disbarment.
No motion for reconsideration or petition for review was filed with the Court.
Accordingly, the Court further resolves to declare the case CLOSED and TERMINATED.
