Redgold Forwarder, Inc. v. Rabino
This is a civil case regarding Redgold Forwarder, Inc.'s complaint against Atty. Henry R. Rabino filed before the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP). The IBP Investigating Commissioner found that there was no sufficient evidence to prove that Atty. Rabino committed the violation of the lawyer's code of ethics. The IBP Board of Governors adopted and approved the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner. Thus, the complaint against Atty. Rabino is dismissed. Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated April 18, 2022, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13239 (Redgold Forwarder, Inc., represented by its President, Roderick P. De Guia, complainant, v. Atty. Henry R. Rabino, respondent) —The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation 1 dated January 13, 2021 which was adopted and approved by the IBP Board of Governors in the attached Notice of Resolution 2 dated August 14, 2021 in CBD Case No. 18-5752. The Complaint against Atty. Henry R. Rabino is hereby DISMISSED.
