NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated FEBRUARY 28, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 7027(Tannu Reddi vs. Atty. Diosdado C. Sebrio, Jr.). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) CONSIDER as SERVED the resolution dated June 14, 2011 addressed to Atty. Antonio V. Meris, Corporate Secretary, Capitol Hills Gold and Country Club, Inc., which resolution was returned unserved with notation on the letter-envelope 'RTS-Moved Out';
(b) CONSIDER as SERVED the resolution dated November 15, 2011 addressed to Rich Island Connections, Inc., Suite 508 Doña Generosa Building, 282 EDSA Extension, Pasay City, which resolution was returned unserved with notation on the letter-envelope 'RTS-Moved Out'; and
(c) NOTE and DENY the Manifestation dated January 6, 2012 filed by the respondent, praying that he be given copies of the two (2) contempt charges purportedly filed by complainant on June 26, 2011 and July 26, 2011; that he be given another ten (10) days from receipt of the said charges to show cause why he should not be cited for contempt; that as to the directive to return the amount of US$544,828 to complainant, he and the complainant be given a chance to talk to any of the Justices personally because he believes the conversation will produce good and desirable results."
