Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated JANUARY 15, 2019, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 18-12-02-SC (Re: Special Resolution No. 2-2018 of the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board Recommending the Hiring and Promotion to the Two Vacant Third-Level Positions in the Supreme Court: Deputy Clerk of Court and Executive Officer and Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief Attorney). — The Court Resolved to NOTE Special Resolution No. 2-2018 dated December 5, 2018 of the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board.
After careful assessment and evaluation of the qualifications of the applicants for the subject positions, the Court Resolved to APPOINT —
(1) Atty. Marife M. Lomibao-Cuevas as Deputy Clerk of Court and Executive Officer; and
(2) Atty. Tomas W. Reyes, Jr. as Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief Attorney." (adv25) *
