Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated SEPTEMBER 5, 2017, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 00-8-11-SC (Re: Request for Authority to Accept the Donation from CD ASIA of Additional Seventy Six Lex Libris Sets). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Libraries and Research, to APPROVE the distribution of CD Asia's donation of additional sixty (60) complimentary subscriptions to the Laws and Jurisprudence libraries of CD Asia Online to the offices of the Court, as follows:
