Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated APRIL 19, 2016, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 16-03-06-SC (Re: Letter-Petition of the Philippine Judges Association for the Immediate Implementation of Executive Order No. 201 Effective January 1, 2016). — Acting on the Letter dated February 26, 2016 of Judge Georgina D. Hidalgo, President, Philippine Judges Association, and the Open Petition Letter filed by the rank and file employees of the Judiciary, appealing for the immediate implementation of Executive Order No. 201, the Court Resolved to GRANT the request and ORDER the implementation of Executive Order No. 201 in accordance with the General Appropriations Act of 2016, subject to review and post-audit, and to appropriate re-adjustment and refund, if the implementation thereof is not found in order."
