Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated FEBRUARY 28, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 11-7-11-SC(Re: Indorsement of Assistant Ombudsman Rolito B. Zoleta Referring the Complaint-Affidavit of Rolando N. Piquero against Atty. Ma. Cristina B. Layusa, Deputy Clerk of Court and Bar Confidant). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) NOTE the Compliance with Manifestation and Motion to File Answer-in-Intervention and to Bring Other Party in the Instant Case as Respondents dated January 19, 2012 filed by Atty. Epafrodito Nollora pursuant to the resolution of October 18, 2011; and
