NOTICE

Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated MARCH 13, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 08-2-15-SC-PHILJA (Re: Expansion of PHILJA Development Center [Renovation of the PHILJA Training Center Annex Training Facility]). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) NOTE the Entry of Appearance dated February 27, 2012 filed by Atty. Marileen A. Cacao of Batino Law Offices, 4th Floor, Oakridge Plaza, San Antonio Street, Paseo de Magallanes, Magallanes Village, Makati City, entering her appearance as counsel for Filipinas Dravo Corporation; and
(b) GRANT Atty. Cacao's (i) request that she be furnished with copies of orders, pleadings and other papers relative to this matter at the above-given address and (ii) motion for an extension of seven (7) days from February 28, 2012, or until March 6, 2012, within which to submit the required explanation and documents."
