No. 05-10-20-SC. — Re: Exemption of the National Power Corporation from Payment of Filing/Docket Fees. — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to DECLARE that the National Power Corporation (NPC) is still exempt from the payment of filing fees, appeal bonds and supersedeas bonds, in view of the premises stated in the letter dated 15 August 2005 of Atty.
