RE: DONATION OF COPIES OF THE PHILIPPINE REPORTS FOR USE OF THE OFFICE OF THE OMBUDSMAN
NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated MARCH 8, 2016, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 16-03-07-SC (Re: Donation of Copies of the Philippine Reports for Use of the Office of the Ombudsman). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) NOTE and GRANT the Letter dated February 5, 2016 of Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales, requesting (i) the donation of copies of the Philippine Reports for use of the Office of the Ombudsman and (ii) that the Office of the Ombudsman be allowed access to the E-Library;
(b) NOTE the Letter dated February 29, 2016 of Ms. Leticia G. Javier, SC Senior Chief Staff Officer, Office of Printing Services, indicating the available volumes that may be donated; and
(c) NOTE the Letter dated March 4, 2016 of Atty. Edna B. Camba, Chief, Office of the Reporter, informing the Court of the list of copies/volumes of the Philippine Reports that are available at the Office of the Reporter." Brion, J., on leaves. (adv36)
