"A.M. No. 18-09-02-SC (Re: Appointment of Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief Administrative Officer in the Office of Administrative Services). — The Court Resolved to NOTE the Memorandum dated August 29, 2018 of Atty. Anna Cecilia D. Acena, Secretary, Supreme Court Human Resource Merit Selection and Promotion Board, submitting, for consideration of the Court, the application of Atty. Ma. Carina M. Cunanan, Acting Chief Administrative Officer, Office of Administrative Services, for the position of Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief Administrative Officer (Item No. DIR4-8-1998) in the Office of Administrative Services.
After a careful assessment and evaluation of the qualifications of the sole applicant for the subject position, the Court Resolved to APPOINT Atty. Ma. Carina M. Cunanan as Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief Administrative Officer, vice Atty. Eden T. Candelaria, effective immediately." Del Castillo, J., on official leave. (adv32)
