"A.M. No. 14607-Ret.(Re: Application for Survivorship Pension Benefits under Republic Act No. 9946 of Mrs. Rizalina T. Bautista, Surviving Spouse of the Late Hon. Jose G. Bautista, Former Court of Appeals Associate Justice). — The Court Resolved to NOTE the:
(a) Letter dated February 13, 2013 of Hon. Andres B. Reyes, Jr., Presiding Justice, Court of Appeals, referring the Application for Survivorship Pension Benefits pursuant to Republic Act No. 9946 of Mrs. Rizalina T. Bautista, surviving spouse of the late Hon. Jose G. Bautista, former Associate Justice of the Court of Appeals; and
