Roderick Cruz Rosas, respondent). — The Notice of Resolution in CBD Case No. 17-5318 dated October 12, 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors is NOTED. This Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation dated February 20, 2018, which the IBP Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Roderick Cruz Rosas is DISMISSED.
