Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated February 15, 2021, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12838 (MARCELINO N. RAMOS,complainantv. ATTY.MARIA NYMPHA C. MANDAGAN,respondent). — The Notices of Resolution dated January 26, 2017 1 and June 17, 2019 2 for CBD Case No. 15-4702 issued by the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors are NOTED. This Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached August 24, 2016 Report and Recommendation, 3 which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Maria Nympha C. Mandagan is DISMISSED. HTcADC
