Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution datedJuly 4, 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13073 [Formerly CBD Case No. 15-4689] (Valeriano A. Racaza v. Atty. Rodolfo D. Dacalos, Jr.). — The Court NOTES the Notice of Resolution in CBD Case No. 15-4689 1 dated May 30, 2020 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors which adopted the Report and Recommendation 2 dated December 5, 2019 of the Investigating Commissioner to dismiss the case; transmitted by letter dated April 28, 2021 of Director Randall C. Tabayoyong, IBP Commission on Bar Discipline, together with the records of the case.
The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Commission on Bar Discipline in the attached Report and Recommendation dated December 5, 2019, which the IBP Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Rodolfo D. Dacalos, Jr. is DISMISSED.
