Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated February 27, 2019 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 9332 [formerly CBD Case No. 13-3814] (Estrella M. Quilendrino v. Atty. Engracio M. Icasiano).
Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached report and recommendation, as approved by the IBP Board of Governors (with modification only as to the imposable penalty), are supported by the evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and recommendation finding respondent Atty. Engracio M. Icasiano GUILTY of violating Rule 8.01, Canon 8 and Rule 11.03, Canon 11 of the Code of Professional Responsibility with the MODIFICATION by the IBP Board of Governors such that respondent is meted the penalty of REPRIMAND with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of his act shall be dealt with more severely.
