Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution datedFebruary 26, 2020, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12691 (QISHU HEAVY EQUIPMENT CORPORATION, complainant v. ATTY. REYNALDO A. LAURENTE, respondent). — The October 29, 2019 Letter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Commission on Bar Discipline transmitting the documents pertaining to this case is NOTED. HTcADC
The Resolutions dated August 29, 2018 and June 17, 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors are likewise NOTED. This Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation dated October 27, 2018, which the Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Motion for Extension of Time to File Petition for Review is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION as no petition for review was filed during the requested period. The Complaint against respondent Atty. Reynaldo A. Laurente is DISMISSED.
