Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated14 February 2022which reads as follows:
"OCA IPI No. 18-4900-RTJ (Puerto Azul Land, Incorporated, represented by Engr. Nestor Rilloraza v. Hon. Divina Gracia L. Peliño, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court of Pasay City, Branch 231). — The Court NOTES the verified complaint 1 dated November 9, 2018, filed by complainant Engr. Nestor Rilloraza, in his capacity as representative of Puerto Azul Land, Inc., charging respondent Presiding Judge Divina Gracia L. Peliño, Regional Trial Court of Pasay City, Branch 231 with Manifest Partiality and Willful Violation of Supreme Court Rules, Directives, and Circulars relative to SCA No. R-PSY-14-16106-CV.
The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Judicial Integrity Board in the attached Report and Recommendation 2 dated June 28, 2021. Accordingly, the administrative complaint against Presiding Judge Divina Gracia L. Peliño of the Regional Trial Court of Pasay City, Branch 231 is hereby DISMISSED for raising issues that are judicial in nature.
