No. 205193 (Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation [PSALM] vs. Felisa Agricultural Corporation, National Power Corporation, National Transmission Corporation, National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, and Manila Electric Company). — Acting on the Urgent Motion for Issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and/or Injunction (Motion) dated May 31, 2013 of petitioner Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM), the Court resolves to ISSUE A TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER, effective immediately and continuing until further orders from this Court, enjoining the Bacolod City Regional Trial Court, Branch 49, its agents, representatives and all persons acting in its place or stead from implementing the May 9, 2013 Order of the RTC, the February 21, 2012 Notice of Garnishment and the February 20, 2012 Writ of Execution.
