Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated28 March 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 10932 (Crescenciano M. Pitogo v. Assistant Prosecutor Aurora N. Ventura-Villamor). — The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the attached Notice of Resolutions dated October 27, 2017 1 and May 28, 2019. 2 Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the complaint 3 against Assistant Prosecutor Aurora N. Ventura-Villamor for lack of merit.
