Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedDecember 3, 2018which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 241029 — Pier 8 Arrastre & Stevedoring Services, Inc., Petitioners, vs. The Philippine Ports Authority, Atty. Juan C Sta. Ana, in his capacity as General Manager of the Philippine Ports Authority, Atty. Oscar M. Sevilla and Manila North Harbour Port, Inc., Respondents.
Acting on petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time to File Petition for Review on Certiorari seeking an additional period of thirty (30) days from the expiration of the reglementary period on August 18, 2018 within which to file said petition, the Court resolves to DENY the same for lack of proof that a copy thereof was served upon the Court of Appeals in violation of Rule 13, Section 13 of the Rules of Court.
ACCORDINGLY, the Petition for Review on Certiorari filed on September 17, 2018 is hereby DENIED for late filing. CAIHTE
Honorable Ma. Teresa E. De Guzman-Alvarez, in her capacity as Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 8, Manila, is hereby deleted as party respondent in this case.
