Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated September 12, 2022which reads as follows:
"OCA IPI No. 20-5009-P (Gerolin E. Piedad, Attorney-in-Fact of Kalayaan Development Cooperative Transport Services, complainantv. Atty. Gerald John G. Joven, Clerk of Court V, Regional Trial Court of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Branch 44, respondent). — The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Judicial Integrity Board in the attached Report and Recommendation 1 dated March 9, 2022. Accordingly, the complaint 2 against respondent Atty. Gerald John G. Joven, Clerk of Court V of the Regional Trial Court of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Branch 44 is hereby DISMISSED for utter lack of merit.
