Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated July 19, 2017, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 230922 (Pichel Security and Detective Agency, Inc./Salvador S. Pichel vs. Joey D. Alistre). — The Court DIRECTS the parties or their respective counsel to INDICATE their contact details in all papers and pleadings to be filed with this Court pursuant to A.M. No. 07-6-5-SC (EnBanc Resolution dated July 10, 2007).
After review of the records, the Court resolves to DENY the petition for failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals (CA) committed any reversible error in denying petitioner's motion for extension of time to post additional appeal bond in the assailed Resolutions dated September 22, 2016 1 and March 29, 2017 2 in CA-G.R. SP No. 138740.
WHEREFORE, the Court AFFIRMS the Resolutions dated September 22, 2016 and March 29, 2017 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 138740 which denied petitioner's motion for extension of time to post additional appeal bond and deemed as abandoned/withdrawn petitioner's appeal from the Decision dated July 25, 2014 of the Labor Arbiter. caITAC
