Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedApril 5, 2022which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 254836 (People of the Philippines vs. Vito B. Rapal) and G.R. Nos. 255133 and 255151-53 (Vito B. Rapal vs. Honorable Sandiganbayan [Fourth Division], et al.). — The Court resolves to:
(1) NOTE the compliance of petitioner in G.R. Nos. 255133 and 255151-53 with the Resolution dated March 1, 2021, submitting the thereto attached one (1) additional copy of his motion for extension of time to file petition for review on certiorari, and stating therein his contact details;
(2) NOTE the accused-appellant's brief in G.R. No. 254836 pursuant to the Resolution dated March 1, 2021;
(3) GRANT the Office of the Special Prosecutor's first and second motions for extension of time totaling sixty (60) days from receipt of the appellant's brief, within which to file an appellee's brief;
(4) GRANT the Office of the Special Prosecutor's third motion for an extension of thirty (30) days from August 30, 2021 within which to file an appellee's brief, with WARNING THAT THE SAME SHALL BE THE LAST AND NO FURTHER EXTENSION will be given; and
(5) NOTE the plaintiff-appellee's brief thereafter filed."
