Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated December 2, 2015, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 199212 (People of the Philippines v. Amador Nazario y Gavina alias "Bong" and Rosalina Nazario y Rubio alias "Lina"). — Considering the allegations, issues and arguments presented in the appeal, the Court resolves to DISMISS the appeal for failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed any reversible error in its assailed Decision dated May 6, 2011 as to warrant the exercise of the Court's appellate jurisdiction. TIADCc
IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING, the Court ADOPTS the findings and conclusions of law in the Decision dated May 6, 2011 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CR-HC No. 03152 and AFFIRMS said Decision finding appellants Spouses Amador G. Nazario alias "Bong" and Rosalina R. Nazario alias "Lina" guilty beyond reasonable doubt of illegal sale of methamphetamine hydrochloride/shabu in violation of Section 5, Article II of R.A. No. 9165, otherwise known as the "Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002" sentencing each of them to suffer life imprisonment and to pay a fine of P500,000.00. Appellant Amador G. Nazario alias "Bong" is also found guilty beyond reasonable doubt of illegal possession of 0.753 gram of methamphetamine hydrochloride/shabu in violation of Section 11, Article II of R.A. No. 9165, sentencing him to suffer the indeterminate penalty of twelve (12) years and one (1) day, as minimum, to fifteen (15) years, as maximum, and to pay a fine of P300,000.00.
