NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated February 15, 2022 which reads as follows:
"G.R. Nos. 256336 and 257619-657 (People of the Philippines vs. Segundo M. Gaston). — The Court resolves to:
(1) NOTE the records forwarded by the Sandiganbayan Third (3rd) Division consisting of:
(a) Sandiganbayan rollos with 902 pages; and
(b) Transcript of stenographic notes,
in compliance with its Resolution dated March 4, 2021 which approved and gave due course to the notice of appeal filed by accused-appellant Segundo M. Gaston from its Decision dated November 27, 2020 in Criminal Case No. SB-17-CRM-1432 to 1471, pursuant to Rule XI, Section 1 (a), of A.M. No. 13-7-05-SB, 2018 Revised Internal Rules of the Sandiganbayan, and directed the Division Clerk of Court, Sandiganbayan Third Division, to forward and transmit the records of these cases to the Supreme Court; and
(2) REQUIRE the parties to FILE their respective briefs, if they so desire, within thirty (30) days from notice."
