RESOLUTION
After a judicious perusal of the records, the Court resolves to DISMISS the appeal for failure to sufficiently show any reversible error in the assailed Decision as to warrant the exercise of the Court's appellate jurisdiction. HTScEI
WHEREFORE, the Court ADOPTS the findings of fact and conclusions of law in the July 31, 2012 Decision 1 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CR-HC No. 00912 and AFFIRMS said Decision in toto finding appellant Jennifer Ebarat y Denega a.k.a. Jennifer Denega y Golez guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the offense of Qualified Trafficking in Persons as defined and penalized in Republic Act No. 9208 2 and sentencing her to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment and to pay a fine of P2,000,000.00.
